Located in Lindstrom, MN, this private residence was designed for a young professional couple and their two small children. The project integrates the challenges of a steep wooded site and neighborhood design covenants. In addition, the house exhibits a carefull balance between its size, and its rather-large garage. The narrowness of the house and its slender porch columns present a charming greeting to guests, while the garage is tucked away, and pushed back on the property. The house also features an open and affordable interior layout, with simplified and elegant detailing.
